Human Resource Management is a procedure of carrying employees and firms mutually so that the aims and targets of each other are fulfilled competently. The function of HR leader or executive is moving from that of a guardian and observed to the function of a schemer and change representative. Human resources leaders are the novel business heads. The name of the competition now in organization is human resources. At the present time, it is not probable to demonstrate a good monetary or operational account unless firm's human resources dealings are in order.
