Information about the business

Random event is one of the newest experiences which organize rave events it is not just a club that organize festivals, its name explains everything it's a random. Because it will be an unusual night like no other you have been to. It's not a festival, it's not a night club it's Random Also the word "Rave" has some very negative connotations, we just couldn't call it "Rave".Random Event Objective is to provide people with some entertainment and in order to start this event we have decided to partner with the ware house and Manchester rugby. For organizing our events we will use Manchester united event room. We have an objective for organizing event which can be found, funny, cool, edgy and underground. In this business plan report I will analyze the cost and budgeting of our Event.

The role of Business is to provide a unique entertainment to the people so that they can enjoy the idea that was derived from visits to hugely successful clubs in Ibiza such as Amnesia, Pacha and Eden where amazing music is combined with interactive entertainment and a great atmosphere in order to help deliver a truly unique clubbing experience.

Our target market ranges from 18 to 30; we will target particular age groups of customer profile which will help us in achieving the required target of our attendee's maximum number of attendees will be 2500. Ticket price is 23pounds and we have hired a ticket company called quay tickets.

Marketing Strategy and Plan

We will promote and advertise our brand by setting a mission statement, our mission statement is RANDOM! ™ can bring a diverse crowd together and unite them through a mutual love for music and dance. We are a socially responsible venture and wish to promote P.L.U.R: Peace, Love, Unity and Respect within the wider community, as well as having an amazing and unusual time. This is similarly reflected in our decision to affiliate with an energy drink brand.

For promotional activities we will use the support and assistance of the cannabis energy drink. DJ Ralvero comes to us as part of the sponsorship by Cannabis Energy Drink.
