Introduction
ACN Inc. is a multilevel marketing company that provides products related to Information Technologies. They have been in the business since 1992 and by 2010 had annual revenues of around U.S$ 550 million. The company kicked off with Robert Stevanovski, Greg Provenzano, J.D. Moreover, to that, customers and employees both have almost similar situations, with no one knowing the companies next step or move. Global employees find it hard to convey the message of the company to the end customers or transfer the knowledge to others who interested in becoming the part of the chain. To counter this problem ACN, Inc. even started its global operations properly by opening an office in Seoul, South Korea. However, if they intend to do the same in other countries as well then it will require healthy investment and process will become too costly for them. Even if they initiate programs related to training and development by physically deploying an official trainer to the required destinations, even then the cost will be unbearable. Rather than that, if they incorporate a culture ...
