Introduction

It is very essential to maintain a positive reputation of an organization. At time situations occur in which organizations with positive reputation and strong business processes fail to maintain relationships with their clients and associated components. These problems come into existence when there are some errors in the business operations. The term that is focused in this research paper is 'malpractice' which is the violence or failure of meeting the accepted standards of a business process. The paper is based on studying the maintenance malpractice of Lockheed Martin, an organization providing services and serving the military of the United States of America. The purpose of the paper is to study the factors and causes that led to maintenance malpractice of the case discussed in the paper. The paper also provides insights of the theoretical aspects and metaphors that can be implemented and learned from this case.

Purpose

The purpose of the study is to identify the causes that lead to maintenance malpractice. The study is not limited to the causes, but also focuses on solutions that can assist in avoiding the issues that lead to maintenance malpractice.

The organization has received many awards for their brilliant service and recognition.
