The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the case study and discuss it with the perspective of the Managing Director of WebCre8 which works for designing the websites of local businesses. The company is planning to expand its business with the introduction of a new product/service i.e. a package offering basic website design/ launch PLUS 24 hour technical IT support to small local businesses for a fixed annual fee.
