There are a number of different ideologies behind the concept of terrorism. The radical ideologies are supremacy of white people, Islamist extremism, separatism/nationalism, and activities of anti-abortionist. The ideological origins of lone terrorist attacks could be considerably different across different countries. In America, supremacy of white people, Islamist extremism, activities of anti-abortionist are the major ideological classes of lone terrorism. In some of the other countries, separatism/nationalism is the most dominant category like Catalan, Palestinian, and Chechen. It is very crucial to see that the ratio of cases, in which motivations of culprits' are unidentified, is substantially higher for countries other than USA as compared to the lone terrorist attacks in USA.
The motivations of these lone terrorists are usually different, and they usually do not belong to any group, they usually work on their own.

When we speak about America, it would be very difficult to talk about political motivations for lone terrorism. Conventionally, people of a society, who do not believe that their voice is being heard, have used the tool of lone terrorism, as a means to interrupt a tyrannical government in countries other than USA. In USA, the Constitution has encouraged the right of a person for freedom of speech. As a matter of fact, to alter a thing, which we perceive to be unfair, we, the people of USA have limitless chances to express their feelings and criticize the policies of the government.
