Lockheed Martin is an American organization that is operating as an international business across the world in the market that is focused on the provision of services pertaining to information technology; in the arena of Aeronautics and Space systems, in addition to dealing with integrated systems to strengthen the defense and security systems worldwide. This assignment is predominantly focused on the ethics and ethical framework as applied and used by the corporate world, which will be reflected through drawing on the ethical policies that are followed by Lockheed Martin. Although, companies are seldom alike when it comes to ethics and Lockheed Martin has set an example which is to the most part unmatched, however it is important to bring into limelight the organizations that are being responsible and taking positive step towards the cultivation of immense integrity and accountability, so that their methods could be learned which would eventually facilitate towards implementation of corporate culture marked by ethics (Knights and O'Leary, 2006, pp. 131).
