According to Washington State Law (25:15), the following conditions apply for opening an LLC firm. An LLC provides rudimentary liability defence to the proprietor or proprietors much like a corporation. Although personal financial liability for the performance of the company is usually not passed on to the owners, there are exceptions (www.apps.leg.wa.gov). Washington state law RCW 25.15.040 revokes the liability defence in cases where an proprietor or manager intentionally violates the law or engages in misconduct.
