Activities this week

To work on community project we have selected “Using Blackberry while you drive”. This week activities demonstrate the whole picture of the recent week's happenings, in this week we have highlighted the practical implementation of certain job skills related to time management and team working skills. The practical implementation of these skills would really be helpful for us in the near future. Following are the skills which we have learned:

As successful managers need to manage the work load in a manner that none of their activities would be disturbed. In this era of dynamism where economies are changing with the twinkle of an eye one needs to be good at managing these skills, on the other hand team working skill is the most important one of all, stepping into the corporate world and maintaining a sustained growth prospect targets and goals need to be achieved and fulfilled, in this regard one needs to be good at team working skills because now it is the time of working with and through people. The brainstorming session clarifies the idea on which we have to work on.

My job list for the next seven days shows different tasks.

Draft a project plan and work and distribute the task for each of the team

Group meetings to organize resources and team members

Meeting and organize the team member in a manner that they all work in a team with their assigned jobs

Describe the projects goals, achievements, and timelines and resource allocations.

Resource allocation with set objectives and tasks.

Designing of brochures 'Using Blackberry while you drive' and distribute them in the college.
