Considering the case of Seigenthaler, the problem with such cases and tragedies is that irrespective and regardless of the changes that were made - emails, cases, lawsuits and all other varieties - not only make caused a person to lose out on their identity, but that the facts and figures mentioned regarding the journalist directly afflicted the position of the person, targeting him as an assassin. Even though the current facts have been removed, trusting the website and access to it still continues to take place.

With legalities so actively participating in the conquest of improving internet credibility, the frequency of falsifications and guerrilla warfare does not show any signs of touchdown in times near. Only with an important understanding, intervention of regulatory bodies and cooperation of the public should such benefit take place, in order to promote things over the passage of time (Davies, pp. 211).
