Lifelong Learning

This study is concern the general framework of my professional and personal leadership development of strategic management. I will be presenting the details about what I consider to be in my current or future role. The acquisition of key competencies is necessary for teachers and professionals, who are engaged in lifelong learning. The provisions of lifelong learning that play a vital role in an individual's professional development, are particularly relevant to disadvantaged groups, whose potential for learning support in particular. These are mostly people with low basic skills, or who leave early studies, long-term unemployed, people with disabilities, immigrants, etc (Pashler, 2009).

The goal and aim of my life was to achieve my masters' degree in business studies, and I am on the right path. To get expertise in wealth, business, global marketing trends it becomes fundamental for me to gain comprehensive and strong knowledge of business study. The area of business studies is an interesting, deep, and diverse subject that includes all theories and models of business, wealth, consumer, trades and monitory situations of a country. Learning and understanding the theories, models, and concept will bring opportunity for me to explore the world of business. It is essential that I prepare myself and be strong with my knowledge and expertise for the new world. Being a business student the personality qualities I have are a strong leadership, and self motivation skills and qualities. I want to run my business bass on morality.

I would like to commit myself for hard work till the success with a firm belief that I have a lot of things to share in the program. It is the perfect platform, which can help me to increase my understanding and academic skills in business studies. I tried to make them learn the significance of planning before every task you are going to accomplish. Before a training session, I have always made an outline, as discussed before, to present the objectives that are aimed to be achieved through the learning or training sessions. Therefore, it is essential to plan before you proceed to work because it always allows understanding the barriers that can come your way (Cameron, 2009).
