Dear Ms. Campbell

With reference to your case regarding the inheritance of property, and overhaul of the will of your uncle Mr. Sullivan Campbell with other subsequent incidents which occurred in the due course of time, I came up with the following picture of the whole scenario.

Your uncle Mr. Sullivan Campbell has declared in his last will that his friend Mr. Patrick Rafter will be the executor - one who takes care of the property until valid objection arises. The will explicitly mentions the authority of executor to judge the share of the property to be given to the nearest relative. However, at the same time you (Ms. Sally Campbell) are regarded as the nearest relative by your uncle Mr. Sally Campbell.

Mr. Patrick Rafter, the executor of the will of Mr. Sullivan Campbell, has the legal cover to administer the property of your uncle. Law entitles an executor to take good care of property and to manage it according to the wishes of the deceased person. However, in case there are dissimilarities between the acts of executor and the wishes of the deceased person, the claimant has the right to challenge the disbursement of will.

After the Grant of Probate, the executor, Mr. Patrick Rafter, have been declared by the court of law as the valid executor as mentioned in the will. Now he, under the law, is responsible for processing further the estate of the deceased person in most appropriate manner according to his wishes as mentioned in the will. Executor is responsible for all his acts which may affect the estate (property) of the deceased, directly or indirectly.
