Respected Editor,

According to the Coalition for the Homeless report in Harris County the homeless population has increase by an overwhelming 25% in 2011. We as a community have been named by HUD as one of nine communities being a high priority for addressing this population. In doing further research there is a limited amount of shelters available to house these indidivuals.
