Subject: Stating the problems faced by students due to lack of Parking Spaces in College and Universities.

We are grateful to have this opportunity to convey problems faced by students in College due to fewer parking spaces available in parking lot. Almost every one in Colleges and Universities has experienced the issue pertaining to find a parking place personally. Finding a parking space in College has become a constant source of frustration and stringent competition among students and drivers. It literally makes them arrive at destination before desired time. It has been observed that, since investing in a parking space or a big lot earns no source of income or extra money to College owners so it simply does not make any sense to them to spend loads of money on building a Parking lot and occupying too much campus space. On the contrary, we can see huge and lavish parking lots build specifically for shopping malls, which are never filled until Christmas Eve. Therefore, It can be said that huge parking lots are result of means of profits that businesses like Shopping malls could earn from its operations as compare to College Owners who do not earn any profit from parking lots but are ready to bear inconvenience to students (Arbatskaya. M, Mukhopadhaya. K. & Rasmusen. E, 2007).

According to the Research, each space of parking in a Parking Lot costs more than the real price of a new car in Unites States, which is about 17% more as compare to the price of a new car.
