Dear Sir/ Madam,

I recently learned about the Sullivan Leadership Award and I am interested in being a part of it. I would like to share some of my academic and personal information with you. Briefly, my academic career has been focused on health care and surgery and I have consistently maintained a good grade throughout my academic life. I have also successfully balanced my academic interests with number of co-curriculum activities. I want to become a surgeon and work part of the year in underserved regions or abroad in developing countries.
