Dear Congressman,

Kentucky is in need of some dire help from the government in order to address the issue of the alarming increase in teen pregnancy in the recent years. Based on the statistics published in last week's newspaper, approximately sixteen million adolescent girls become mothers every year in America and further stated that three out of ten girls become pregnant in their twenties.

Right now, the state of Kentucky is ranked amidst the top ten states in terms of teen pregnancies and has been rated the highest. The unwanted teen pregnancy is undoubtedly becoming a soaring problem ...
