Lesson Plan

The process of determining instructional content and strategies to meet the goal of a lesson. Lesson planning links curriculum and instruction. A lesson must be planned thoughtfully, systematically, and coherently to be effective and efficient. First, set instructional objectives, and decide what to teach within a time frame, what instructional materials and media to use, as well as what students' prerequisite skills and knowledge are.
