The purpose of this essay is to discuss the ethical issues in legalizing marijuana. The researcher covered all the aspects of legalizing marijuana because one group of the society believed that legalizing marijuana is essential because marijuana is part of medication. However, marijuana using for medication is essential that it must be prescribed by the doctor. Therefore, the use and consumption of marijuana becomes very much controversial because on one hand government banning the drug but on the other hand medical people neeed this drug for curing the diseases. The researcher studied closely the role of marijuana and the ethical considerations as well and based on that evidence the researcher formulated the essay, which might help the readers in getting better understanding of the issue.
