Dear Mr. King,

Thank you for the last week meeting. In this letter, I will give you my legal opinion and study so that you can make a proficient resolution regarding the case you are dealing with. Initially, as I know the facts, I will reaffirm them, to verify their precision. Subsequently, I will give you the clarification of the law that will be applied in this case. Finally, I will provide you with my opinion on whether you should move forward with the case or not.

On the customer appreciation day, held by your company, a party was organized. In this party, the caterer was serving barbeque food. According to the opinion of Fred, offering this kind of food to the high level officials is a not stylish and elegant. He took the pictures of the party and posted them on the social website Facebook. Later on, after a week Fred took the pictures of your grandson near the pond in the new S Class Mercedes. Subsequently, Fred posted these pictures on the Facebook and made some unpleasant comments that also came in your knowledge. Fred is now terminated by the company due to this act. However, it is rumored that Fred is hiring a professional lawyer and will sue you due to the invasion of privacy and unfair labor practices.

According to the National Labor Relations Board, the employees that criticize their employers are a “protected concerted activity”. This law will be applied in your case by the employee Fred.
