The peer review article I have selected is about how healthcare institution will be able to prevent work place violence resulting from Negligence hiring. As stated by the author, negligence hiring from an employer's end is becoming one of the foremost reasons for workplace violence. The given article shed light on negligence hiring doctrine and provide an example of Supreme Court's ruling in related cases. The article also takes into account how this liability in current medical profession occurs, and why the doctrine of respondeat superior would not be able to protect the employers (Jackson, 2008).
