Introduction

Teachers and students have a unique relationship. Teachers serve as a role model, yet there exists feeling of conflict among teachers and students. There are times where the school becomes a battlefield for both teachers and students, where they stick to their ideas and viewpoint. The rift in the relationship is not necessary present, but it occurs due to some moving instances that affect both teachers and students. One of the notions that become the most prominent reason is discipline or conduct. To induce learning environment, teachers use different disciplinary procedures in the classroom. Depending on the quality time parents intend to spend with their children, helped them in becoming a productive part of the nation. These articles include the issue of racism, plagiarism, bullying in the classroom, and counseling of suicidal students. Though counseling of suicidal students was taken as exception, but these students needs immense attentions. The global environment has made drastic impact on the mind of students and the exposure through various forms of media is resulting in reducing the tolerance level of children.
