Abstract

Expanding any business is indeed one of the toughest and most important decisions ever made by any Organization. Moreover, in order to ensure that the selected region for expansion is worth investment, it is indeed quite necessary to study and investigate about the region in detail beforehand. In this case, the two selected countries for review are Thailand and Singapore. This paper discusses the environmental regulations and working hours and wages laws of these two East Asian Countries in detail to help the C.E.O. make a final decision regarding expansion.
