Part 1. Relationship between Research Topics and Literature Reviews

A research topic shows the understanding of the topic. It should not be too wide or narrow, and should accommodate the topic of study. The topic is explained in the introductory party of the research to enable the reader to understand the background, and scope of the study. A literature review summarizes, translates, and basically assesses existing written works (or produced material) so as to make current information of a subject. The reason for doing so identifies with continuous research to advance that learning: the written works audit might resolve a quarrel, build the necessity for supplemental research, or alternately outline a subject of analysis (Jozwik, n.d.)

My research topic, “Impact of work bullying in non-profit organization in Denver metro area” shows the implications of the intimidation on the employees. Workplace bullying has been a topic that has been researched in the past. The literature review gives an in-depth analysis of the previous studies that has been carried out. The subject of bullying has been considered by many researchers and academicians though, but not in the context of non-profit organizations or particularly in Denver Metro area. The issue of bullying is attaining toll these days, and thus it needs more focus particularly with reference to its impacts in the nonprofit organizations. It is essential to study new resources and tools for the improvement of violence prevention strategies to address the case of workplace bullying in the organization.

Compilation of Common Errors

When I write my papers there have been many errors that have been identified in my research. When I write a paper identified with written works, history, current occasions, and numerous different fields, straight quotes are vital to a full exchange of the subject. In science, there is quite infrequently any call for an immediate quote.
