The sum of information and knowledge a human being keeps in his or her mind is astounding. A person may be acquainted with creation and evolution, who discovered the America or achieved a jackpot? What is the capital of the USA? How to operate a generator or computer? However, how much does a person recognize about himself or herself and those arenas of life that make up a person's each day understanding? This personal information is the field of “personal synthesis.” It does not communicate about the big things of this world, however, about a person himself. It entails skills and understanding relevant to concerns, for instance developing creativity, handling emotions, dealing with anxiety, making verdicts (and implementing them in practical life), dealing with problems, developing positive relations, and communicating effectively (Popovic, 2005, pp. 1).
The process of understanding our daily live routine is directly and strongly related to the subject of learning. As a human being perceives modifications and developments in his or her living standard, he or she starts learning and developing internally and externally, as well. There are several various types of and approaches to learning. In order to learn efficiently it is imperative to adapt habits relevant to research and study into our personal approaches and needs. This frequently selecting and preferring strategies and approaches that are essential for individuals and assessing them on a regular basis to establish if an individual require attempting for something innovative. A person can perform self-assessment by utilizing a model of “David Kolb”, as shown in figure 1. This model is founded on experimental learning premise and classifies four styles in the cycle of learning:
