Looking Good is a company which is an independent retailer of personal care products (electric shavers, hairdryers, hair strengtheners, foot spas, etc) with 20 stores across the UK. This company faces strict competition in the UK market as the market for these products is large. The ne MD and HR manager should make sure that the training provided to the staff should be based on the mission and value of the organization. The staff should be provided training regarding the products. They should be aware of the tactics which are helpful in making Looking Good Company successful.

The company should focus on learning and development of employees. One of the most reliable methods to improve, and develop not only the worker but also the Looking Good is through the provision and use, training and development opportunities and CSC have been since its creation (Gosling, 2007, p.633).
