Task 1

I believe that the teacher is a person who directs and gives the knowledge of any educational program. The teacher should show patience and understanding in providing the information. Teachers must understand the needs of each individual, which creates a basis for a prosperous state. The teacher must be proficient in the subject means that it must have a full team on the subject he is going to teach physical, that it can cope with all events taking place in the educational level, and he must be mentally healthy, to improve the students' future. In unhealthy moral teacher is not only a danger to society.

At present, the teacher is important because this is serious business the latest technologies, and for this individual needs full attention and appreciation, which must satisfy them in achieving the standards. Training should be done in such a way that it did not work for all the fuss, and it becomes a valuable and enjoyable process. Responsibility of teachers to the individual aware of his ability, preserve their identity and a clear picture of a democratic society in mind for the future. Teachers should make their implementation needs of society bearing in mind the culture, religion, traditions, environment, personal ability and social approach. Teachers should enhance creativity and encourage them to produce.

Teachers themselves concept plays a vital role in teaching life career, because he was the only one who can bring the bright future of any nation by educating students in an effective and modified manner. Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) has developed a set of programs that were designed to assist both intending and practicing teachers to become more efficient practices within the lifelong learning sector. Most of these changes was based on recent government legislation which highlights the important changes that will be recognized in what was, in this sector for the post compulsory education and training.

Task 2

I believe that learning is a process of knowledge transfer, vocational education, so he should be able to understand human nature, the ability to understand and direct the learning process, ability to motivate students to learn, ability to develop relations in my thoughts and desired behavior, the ability to determine its own procedures learning and improving their well in the development and adoption of social, emotional and personal attributes that contribute to consistent training. Education Act 2002, allows rules to be introduced, which prohibits anyone from teaching in FE colleges, if they do not serve a probationary period. This ensures that only students taught by teachers who have received the necessary training and completed the induction of a specific time frame in which to cover the necessary assessment, monitoring and surveillance requirements are deemed necessary to teach their subject effectively. To address all the above requirements, LJMU, along with three of its partner colleges:
