Introduction

During the time of industrial revolution, mass productions have been given the name of a game. Initiating huge production and manufacturing facilities with the services of hundreds of laborers and huge machines are such activities which are considered to be the most commonly in practice in order to be at the peak of the entrepreneurship ladder. However, in recent times, the world has been changed. Companies and manufacturing of the products cannot be dependent on the extent of production facilities. The way those manufacturing facilities produce services and products, ultimately gain the interest of the market. Innovation and change in an organization has become a modernized name of the game (Weerawardena & Kennedy, 2002, pp. 13- 23). The development of innovation and change within the processes of organizational change in these times is as critical as holding the properly and efficiently managed production facility. In regards with this concept, this essay discusses in close relations to change and innovation management. Some of the theories and models in relation to leading innovation and change will also be discussed in this essay along with the personal reflection and an individual's experience.

Critical Review

According to Scott & Isaksen (2006, pp. 167-199).The understanding on the vast literature on creativity, innovation and change in organizations requires some initial details and terminologies, because even though some of the terms are often used while interpreting the review of the literature on change and innovation. From the view of the fact, it has been critically seen that the “organizational creativity" is "the production of new useful ideas by an individual or a small group working as a team, however, the innovation and change in organization is considered as the successful implementation of ideas creative "by the organization. Whereas, the "organizational change" is a creative and innovative process sustained time that affect the setting of the organization, or one of its essential components ( for example; structure or technology). Research on creativity, innovation and organizational change has been promoted by most of the organizations around the world. Such efforts are required to be highlighted within the framework of a broader concept and under the umbrella of Research and Development.
