Steve jobs and his leadership

Steve jobs was one of the most inspirational leader of this century. He took the company from nothing and made Apple one of the most valuable brands in the world. Steve jobs cofounded the company in 1976, he was ousted in 1985 and in 1997 he came back to rescue the company from near bankruptcy and made Apple the most prestige brand of the world. Recently the Fortune Magazine named Steve Jobs as the CEO of the decade. The magazine pointed out that Steve Jobs, during the past ten tears, restructured four of the predominant industries: cell phones, music, computing, and movies. The article said that, during one's career, the remaking of even one of the industry is a remarkable accomplishment (Blumenthal, 2012). However, the restructuring of not one but four foremost industries is a remarkable achievement. He has also transformed and revolutionized the main four industries of the world. He enthusiastically creates new products, which are always an instant hit among the masses. He has always launched innovative products, which has changed the entertainment industry.

Ideology of Leadership

Steve Jobs has taught the world about leadership and dreaming big. He faced all the impossible challenges and emerged from them even more successful than before. He has led his company and his team to victory after victory. The most interesting factor about Steve jobs was he had no leadership style. All his life he only followed on a simple strategy and along with that strategy, every leadership style was based and synchronized. The main word or the ultimate word of his life is 'Focus' (Isaacson, 2011).
