Introduction
Leadership is a process through which a person influences others to achieve the objectives. It can also be said that leadership is a quality which influence others to achieve the common goals. It is a critical management skill which has the ability to motivate a group of people towards a common goal. From the prehistoric times till today, people have always been curious about the undoubted spirit of effective leadership. They have been curious about how these traits were inherited and implemented. History has many illustrations of effective leadership tales of explorers, historians, educators, scientist or businesses. Effective leaders prove themselves to be eligible to carry on and fulfill the dreams of other people. Efficient leaders have shaped nations corporations, education systems, and the lives of millions of people. In general, leadership is a process in which, a person utilizes the limited resources for the effective and efficient organizing, planning and implementing of any task.

Leadership styles
Every individual is different from others. They have their own unique qualities which they use in a different phase of life. People are categorized according to their characters. Similarly, leadership types and styles are also categorized according to the qualities the individual possess. There are many different styles of leadership. The individuals use the combination of beliefs, preferences and values, which leads to a certain style of a leadership. Few different leadership styles are charismatic leadership, situational leadership, participative leadership, transformational leadership, etc. Each of these styles has minute difference among themselves, but these differences play an important role in its own unique way.
Charismatic Leadership
Charismatic leaders have the personality of being charm rather than any external power or authority. They work in a room as they move from person to person. They pay attention to the person they are talking to, as they make that person feel like they are important in the world. Charismatic Leaders analyze the environment where they are working, and they are good at selecting the moods and concerns of the individual they are working with and also of the large audience. When they have analyzed the audience, they work on the actions according to the situation.
Situational Leadership
The best leader is the one who knows how to lead depending upon the situation. Factors that affect situational decisions include potential and inspiration of followers. This is affected by factors within the particular situation. The relationship between followers and the leader is one of the factors that affect leader behavior. The leader's perception of themselves and other factors such as stress and mood also modifies with the leaders' behavior.
