In the business management, leadership is the exercise of executive activity in a project, effectively and efficiently, whether personal or institutional management (within the organization's administrative process).

Task 1

Personal Skills Requires To Achieve Strategic Goals

To achieve our goals we need:

1. Self-motivation

Is the energy that comes from within?

It is based on our most important desires and values.

2. Commitment

Is willing to pay the price for achieving our goals

It is reflected in our behavior and the work they pursue.

3. Adaptation and flexibility

The world is changing, and we have no control over behavior and feelings of the people around us.

Therefore, when unforeseen circumstances or things are not as we thought, you must have the ability to make changes as required.

4. Emotional self-control

Emotions are necessary and are part of us all.

But it is necessary to distinguish when we have to control them, to act according to reason.

5. Organization

We can do many things at once, or have unlimited time.

So we need to keep order in our behavior and set the necessary priorities.

6. Strengthen your confidence

To succeed, we must have faith in us, to trust that we can achieve.

Think about all the times that if you achieved what you set out, even if you think are achievements that are not worth it.

Do not qualify according to their importance or magnitude.

Consider them only as a sign that there are things you can achieve and; therefore, you do not know nor could you, you can learn (Bolden 2006, 102).

Write to remind you, when you feel discouraged or make a mistake.

Make the sentence: "If I have not succeeded, I can learn to do" is part of your daily life.

If you tried to do something several times and have not been successful, perhaps you need to do differently or might need help.

7. Establishes a commitment to yourself

Describe the positive impact that you get and you need to do to achieve it.

Ask yourself if it is worth the effort to do.

If we are not ready to work, our goal is not really ours or based on something I do not believe or do not want your heart.

Set goals that really motivate you.

May your heart and mind are involved.

8. Accept your responsibility

To succeed in our goals and our lives, we must recognize that much of what happens to us is the result of our decisions and behaviors.

When you do not accept it and blame others, life, luck, and so on. Not solve problems and we are victims, helpless and vulnerable.

This attitude paralyzes us and leads to wrong decisions.

Recognize that a mistake is an act of courage and honesty.

It gives us the opportunity to correct and learn.

Denying this does not eliminate the error only increases it (Mole 2000, ...
