Introduction

The term leadership is often derived from the interpreter's varied life history. For some, this represents an internalized identity, shared processes, or civic engagement grounded in experiences as social activists, with developmental mentors, or from positive group experiences. For others, the term may elicit a more negative interpretation associated with abuses of power, positionality, or an impersonal focus on end goals.

These interpretations are often the effect of socio-historical marginalization or negative encounters with those that inappropriately wielded influence. Both ends of this interpretive spectrum can also be found in the body of literature representing leadership theory.

Importance of Leadership

The leadership is a key factor in an estate development in which the institution's visions, implementation of change and guide staff members are linked in a continuous process. Maintaining a culture of change requires the kind of constant effort and commitment that leaders cannot lead properly. Especially during times of uncertainty and change, employees are turning to leading figures in the organization.The leaders are the key to casting the vision for change, the leader and the strengthening at all levels.

Without the vision and direction of management, the change in production is not possible. Another reason for leadership being so important is the process of transformation, which is related to the external environment. It helps the leaders to mediate between the internal and external environment. The leaders do not exist in isolation, nor do their organizations.

Leaders must be in harmony with the external environment in which the organization of their functions and organization own internal environment. During periods of change, leaders are mediating between the two in order to maintain the balance being careful not to clash with his counterpart. The successful transformation of an organization depends on the proper handling of the management of these environments and the ability to adapt management to changing circumstances (Kernis, 2003). The distinction should be made between change leaders and change agents. The leaders generally hold managerial positions and above, it can be found at all levels within the organization. Successful implementation of change depends on the premise that leaders a strong desire to grow and support change agents through training and development proper listening. Leadership emphasizes on developing and strengthening change agents as a crucial element of the process of change that cannot complete the leadership.

During the difficult process of change, good leaders build a climate of trust between them and their staff, thus promoting the faith that things will improve. However, a lack of leadership creates a lack of hope. If it is not properly treated before switching applications, it can ultimately lead to failure of these changes. Leadership throughout the entire lifecycle process of organization is the key to achieving a healthy transformation.
