A leader is indeed a person with perfect blend of many leadership qualities. Leadership skills are actually blended of tools, capabilities and behaviors that an individual requires with the aim of being triumphant in directing and motivating others. These tools channels four models of leaderships. These models helps us to understand what leaders do and why. The four models that emerge from leadership are human resource frame, the structural frame, political frame, and symbolic frame.

When it comes to effectively executing leadership responsibilities, structural framework is of great use. It refers to leaders being the social architect whose leadership design depends on design and analysis. Structure leadership focuses on analyzing situation or environment; building strategies and adapting to those strategies.
