Leadership is power, exercise of influence of an authority that seeks to inspire the conduct of others in order to get them to voluntarily achieve the clearly defined objectives (Amagoh, 2009). While some have naturally predisposed to leadership, it is also true that leadership develops long term. This paper will reflect my personal style of leadership, how I act as a leader, my current and future role as a leader; my capabilities as a leader are a set of personal qualities and interpersonal skills.
My leadership style reflects the organizational characteristics and its relationship with its employees. If the power of a leader varies, it is likely that others in the organization behave similarly to treat both with colleagues and with the community. I believe that leader should be collaborating and opens, likes to persuade the similar approach amongst members and collaborating with the overall organization.

Moreover, my perspective is that I have a certain innate potential that can be developed, which includes the lifetime learning appropriate behavior and gain knowledge and skills in the areas of the so-called soft and hard skills.
Transformational leadership is most often understood as a process in which the vision of the organization is formulated and passed by the charismatic person in order to achieve innovation, communication and flexibility at all levels of the organization, which leads to positive change and motivates you to new activities. I seek to maximize the effectiveness of using a combination of formal and informal power control, recognize, modify, and meet the needs and expectations of subordinates and ...
