Leadership communication plays an important role in the organization. Similarly, for retaining its customers leaders should develop strategies to fulfill their role and be successful. Communication in leadership is one of the most important parts of leadership. A leader who cannot communicate is an ineffective leader who will not achieve its objectives. Virtually decides who wins or in politics decides who loses communication leadership. Leaders and mangers have a huge responsibility in developing trust with their customers. Customers are an important source of revenue generation for the organization, so leaders must make sure to offer customer satisfaction so that they remain loyal to their brand. The success of leadership depends on the correspondence between the style of a leader and the demands of a situation. Manager must know his style of leadership, diagnose the situation and then look for the coincidence between his style and the situation. The level of directive and supportive behavior of a leader should be based on the level of staff available (Quirke, 2008).
Managerial behavior occurs when a leader uses one-way communication to specify the duties of his followers. The supportive behavior occurs when the leader uses bi-directional communication to listen, encourage and engage their followers in decision-making.
