The purpose of Christian Leader Audit is to provide grounds for self-assessment, as well as future development. It also determines the potential strengths of an individual having leadership qualities as a Christian. As far as Christianity is under consideration, the Christian leader is servants as mentioned in Matthew 20:25, 26 and John 13:1-17. Now the question is how to evaluate the leader as a strong Christian leader? Thos audit is the reflection of my commitment to godly character, Jesus Christ that I would live as an example having complete reliance on god and to serve the purpose of my creation. Servant Leadership is the best leadership style which is followed in Christian schools of thoughts. Moreover, the audit report also focused on the times when I was sensitive enough to God's spirit to lead others while noting that I am moving as per the commands of Holy Spirit and either not falling behind or pulling ahead of what is told to me.
