The purpose of the paper is to identify, define, evaluate, and discuss the aspects of theological development, spiritual development, and human development that have influenced the life and vocation of a famous Christian leader. The assessment will come from using the Myra, Harold, and Marshall Shelley's, “The Leadership Secrets of Billy Graham”.

Theology has been belonging to institute as a professional training for Christian ministry. All Christians consent on theological development is necessary, including fundamental innovation, and Holy Spirits make possible to carry out that development (Windsor, 2004). Not everybody is a Theologian, but everybody has Theology (Henry, n.d.). Spiritual development requires thorough and deep studying to gain insight. In today's world Christian faith is with intellectual development, it is our faith which maintains our belief towards Christianity, and it must be nurtured frequently as it lies in our heart of who we are. And lastly human development is an approach to increase the richness in humanity. Most of the people live for wealth and spend their whole life earning money and run for materialistic things.

The leadership assessment is based on these aspects on Billy Graham. He has preached in person to more people than any preacher in history around the world. Billy Graham takes everything personally; he nurtured himself with self-disciplinary and focused attentiveness, and realized that it is crucial in problem solving. He spends most of the time praying and reading Holy book Bible. Into his ministry, he is always open to adapt new techniques and technologies.

There are many religions currently present, which have different beliefs, and different people carry different theology. Consequently, if we talk about Graham, he did not care about what people has to say about race and racial segregation; he followed what Bible said about race. He believes on what Bible says about race that there is no ground for the practice of segregation, or even for the concept of white dominancy.

In today's world it is easy to get attracted towards worldly entertainment, also lying, and exaggeration is to be common acceptable tools. Billy Graham developed a team of individuals who helped protecting Billy Graham from wrong doing in any aspect and held him accountable.

At times, our life is by some incident or moment; it changes the paradigm of our perception towards the life. Same happened with Billy Graham which made him shift his paradigm towards Biblical perspective at very young age when he had to face a break up with a female. This incident made Graham realized that no relationship or human can come before God. He had accepted that God must be the center of everything that we perform. This put him into the war within himself to advance himself in to new responsibilities.
