The subtitle of this publication by organizational development theorist and advisor Margaret Wheatley actually states it all—Learning about Organization from an Orderly Universe.” The premise appears far out at first. Wheatley recalls us of certain thing all of us who work for associations state regularly: Things just don't appear to be employed any more.
