Introduction

The purpose of this study is to expand the boundaries of our knowledge by exploring some relevant facts and figures related to leadership and organizational behavior. CTP is incorporated as Costex Tractor Part sourcing and selling replacement parts for heavy equipment, whose headquarters is in Miami Florida, and a distribution center in Dallas, TX. To served the Central and West coast regions of the United States.

CTP brand is trademarked throughout the world. In 1998 CTP opens its first production office in Sao Paulo Brazil. As the company sales increase the productions increase also and they relocate from 25,000 square feet to 160, 000 square feet facilities within three years. The company continues to experience a tremendous growth in sales and demands of our products, the speed of productions increases as well, so we increased the hiring process and employing peoples from difference backgrounds of expertise from all around.

To the extent that we integrate in the positive range we generated motivation, the results are very positive, not only for the modern manager, but for all those members who are fully identified as a working group committed to lead the company to the success. Just because I have stopped to assess how they can motivate themselves towards meeting all the goals, objectives that have been proposed to achieve, is not surprised what is the best way to take a job with a high level of motivation, allowing their energy use accordingly.

Problem Statement

Literature Review

Definitely, to maintain this level of commitment and effort, organizations need to adequately assess the cooperation of its members, establishing mechanisms to have a workforce sufficiently motivated to perform efficiently and effectively, leading to the achievement of the objectives and the goals of the organization and at the same time achieve the expectations and aspirations of its members (House, 2004). Such assumptions automatically lead inevitably to focus the issue of motivation as one of the important elements to generate, maintain, modify or change attitudes and behaviors in the desired direction.

Indeed, motivation is related to the momentum, because it provides efficiency to the collective effort aimed at achieving the objectives of the company, and pushes the individual to the continuing search for better situations to be professionally and personally, thus integrating the community where their action becomes meaningful. Motivation is both objective and action. Be motivated means to identify and, conversely, feel unmotivated represents the loss of interest and significance of the objective or what is, the impossibility of pursuing.

Analysis

The main problem that is faced at CTP is the lack of employee motivation. During recession the company had to cut cost, for that they had done massive layoffs. This practice has created an atmosphere of insecurity in the organization. All this has resulted in employee's lack of motivation.
