Introduction

Critics of the subject of Organisational Behaviour claim that it is an art pretending to be a science and produces some spurious research findings to prove the point. Organizations play an increasingly vital role in modern industrial society. Organizational Behaviour (OB) is the area of research that is of interest both practitioners and research management. This research report is mainly focused to explore three core concepts Group and Team Working, Motivation and Human Resource Management in relation with dynamics of Organizational Behaviour. In the early stages of OB, the focus was on looking at the motion of each employee and standardizing them during training. Frederick Taylor, the first time this approach in its work on Management. Its focus was on improving the efficiency of lone workers. The human need for membership recognition and the group has a greater impact on performance than physiological factors such as lighting and rest breaks (Thompson & Strickland, 2003, 99). This led to a humanistic point of view of an organization that tries to meet the needs of employees as human beings.

Organizational behaviour

Organizational behaviour is the study of human behaviour in the heart of the organization. It is a discipline which seeks to better discern the actions and behaviour of individuals and groups, interpersonal interactions and mechanics of the organization. Organizational behaviour is an important increasing in today's society. Indeed, there can be recent trends in the workplace such as the desire to integrate the organization of ethical behaviour, the disappearance of the types of centralized leadership, the influence placed on the work of team, the influence of new technologies and consideration of the desires of the workforce. Organizational behaviour is a scientific discipline in which the main body of knowledge to continuously add latest research and conceptual developments. And at the same time, it is applied science, through which information about the successes and failure of companies covered by other organizations (Greenberg, 1995, 124). The manager's role is a core value as the new challenges for the company's strategic organizational behaviour. It must be able to achieve working with his team maintaining their motivation and commitment to the company. Planning, organizing, directing and controlling it will be four key functions within the company. Moreover, the ways to learn organizational behaviour are very diverse. There are experiences from personal experience, group work, case studies. There is also experimentation, reflection, which often led to new findings and the study of organizational behaviour theories already put forward by the professionals (Thompson & Strickland, 2003).
