Due to this lack of ethics in leadership, Hosni Mubarak failed to lead the nation effectively and his autocratic leadership style results in disaster after many years of rule in his country. The people of Egypt took a stand against Hosni Mubarak, in order to help leaders understand the perils of leading through tyranny. It is considered as one of the most peaceful revolutions in history.
