Leadership is a trait that every manager in a company should possess. The manager should have the leadership skills so that he is able to manage people who are under him and should also be able to motivate them in order to get the work done. A leader is one who is able to accept the different cultures that exist in the company and is also able to handle them in a way that is beneficial for the company and also for the employees. If the employees remain motivated, they will perform in a better way that will help the company grow.

Leadership is a trait that not everyone has. An effective leader is one who is able to gel people with different cultures in the company and is managing to get the best out of them. The effectiveness of a manager is assessed by the output of its subordinates. The manager should be influenced by any of the culture that the employee possesses. He should keep in mind what is best for the company and should work accordingly. This is the best way he can keep from getting influenced by culture in the organization (Mole, 2003, pp. 16).

Every organization has its own environment; however, it can be influenced by the people working in the organization. A person who has a strong influence on the environment of the organization is the one likely to influence the working environment and the culture of the organization. He can be the one who can change the way things are done in the company and can change the working environment. The culture of the company can also be influenced by the same person.
