The success of an organization depends upon the human resource it has and the reason of the success of the organization is to provide quality human recourse to other departments. If an organization fails to deliver than it is the failure of the leadership and the management department.

It is the process of inspiring the activities of an organization to achieve their goals. The practice of leadership use all over the world and every group and culture need a role model or a person on which organizational structure depends (DuBrin, 2013, pp. 2). According to experts that the fields like medicine, technology, education, business, and industry etc. have a requirement of quality leadership, who have the ability to properly utilize their intelligence, creativity, and power of taking decisions and show the clear path to get success in a particular industry.
