Leadership: A Tale of Two Coaches

Leadership skills and expertise have become amongst the most important aspect of any organization, in order to guarantee their prized success. In line with the current situation and challenges, two (2) theories have been intended in this paper.

One is the Situational Leadership Theory, which regards people and employees make way for the role of leadership and developing self-reliance over the passage of time. On the other hand, the Fielder's Contingency Model, which implies the kind of leadership skills and the favorability of the situation that comes in a given timeframe.
