When we think of today's workforce, I think we all agree that it has really grown over the past ten years to build teamwork, motivation and leadership as important factors for successful growth. Workers are encouraged to influence, motivate and enable others to contribute to the effectiveness and success of the organizations they are members. Employers have a leadership role in each of their employees and actually starting to realize the need for employees to improve their business (s). The motivation has become more difficult due to a work environment growing instability, the elimination of direct supervision as a motivational tool, and a lack of understanding about what motivates the new generation of people who come into force work. Researchers are constantly speculating how the leaders are and what causes them to make their work more effectively. With all the comments surrounding the amount of motivation and leadership has an impact on the workforce, researchers have developed theories and models to explain the motivation and leadership in shaping the organization, including the theory of four-unit, the theory of expectations of Maslow's needs hierarchy theory, competition (feature) the leadership perspective, the perspective transformation of leadership and situational leadership theory.
The theory of the four-disc is made to explain human motivation. Units and meets many needs, and considers human thought and social influences and not just instinct. The theory of the four-unit is divided into four categories: the units to acquire, bond, learn and defend. These units are located worldwide throughout the world, as they are part of our nature and how they naturally act as human beings. The first unit of the theory of the four-drive is the drive to acquire what it means to seek, take, control and cling to objects and experiences. The drive to acquire can be anything from basic food storage and water to the need for relative position and recognition in society, hence the need for esteem and competence. Moreover, the unit can be purchased reveals that insatiable because people prefer to reach a higher position than others in place to meet their physiological needs. The second unit in the theory of the four-unit is the liaison to the voices of the way they are forced to establish relationships and develop mutual caring commitments to others. It explains why humans put in a lot of time and effort to develop and maintain relationships with special circumstances or ulterior motives. The liaison pushes people to work together, which in turn generate business success and development of societies. The third unit of the theory of the four-drive is the drive to learn to discover what we feel the need to satisfy our curiosity, to know and understand ourselves and the environment around us. This device complies with our need for personal and social identity, which explains our motivation to close the barriers of information.
