Leadership behavior is observed in any group of social animals like Elephant, honey bees, people, etc. Initially, people thought that this behavior as a character was born, and only a lucky few got it. But now it was proved that this character can be developed stakeholders through systematic training (Avolio 2005). Leadership qualities      Leaders use three different kinds of skills - technical, human and conceptual, which are interrelated in practice. Technical Skills relate to human knowledge and ability to work. People skills relate to the ability to build teamwork and work effectively with people (Lewin LIippit 2009). Conceptual skills relate to the ability to think in terms of models, framework and extensive links. In other words, conceptual skills deal with ideas, while the human ability to respect people and technical skills with things.
