Introduction

Leadership behavior is observed in any group of social animals like Elephant, honey bees, people, etc. Initially, people thought that this behavior as a character was born, and only a lucky few got it. But now it was proved that this character can be developed stakeholders through systematic training (Avolio 2005). Leadership qualities      Leadership does not develop in a vacuum. He comes into existence when all members of the group decide to follow the instructions (Ryan 2007). A leader supports the harmonious relations with all members of the following impartial attitude and absolute justice, avoiding favoritism and nepotism. Although there is an unequal distribution of power between Leader and his group members, but the leader breathes life into the groupand motivates them toward the goal through its influence on behavior.

Leadership qualities      Leaders use three different kinds of skills - technical, human and conceptual, which are interrelated in practice. Technical Skills relate to human knowledge and ability to work. People skills relate to the ability to build teamwork and work effectively with people (Lewin LIippit 2009). Conceptual skills relate to the ability to think in terms of models, framework and extensive links. In other words, conceptual skills deal with ideas, while the human ability to respect people and technical skills with things.
