There are some characteristics that good leaders possess; a couple of them are that a leader should perform what he preaches. The second is that he has to gaze after and defend those round him. The third is that he should be adept to evolve other good leaders. Fortunately, I have discovered all of these characteristics in my boss. My boss possesses a very leveraging personality. I am very much enthralled with my boss's personality.

He is very good at performing what he preaches. My boss has the character to perform what he preached. This is the identical with leadership and how much a leader abides by what he says. He examines after those who likes to lead. He does this by habitually managing what he can to defend them from damage, condemnation, or accuse from other people. People desire security, that's why he purchase SUVs, put cash in their 401k, and stay at the identical dead end job for years. It's incorporated into our tense scheme that we desire to seem secure. When one have a group of persons that one are premier, it can be very mighty when he understand that one are on their edge, and that one will manage anything one can to confirm that one defend them from damage of other out-of-doors forces.
