Strategic management is one of the diverse traits of leadership. Leaders use this quality to improve the organizational performance by perceiving vision, devising the mission and by formulating strategies and objectives to implement them and evaluate whether they succeed in their goal accomplishment to further refine their strategies. Strategic management and leadership have a strong interdependence. Leaders use strategic management and leadership process, as it reflects well regarded tactics to communicate the organizational vision to the people.

At ELIS Technologies we usually use strategic leadership to motivate their subordinates and persuade them to share the same vision that has the organization. I plan strategically to implement change in the organization. It is difficult to align workforce goal along with the organization's goal without efficient strategic management (Day et.al, 2001, pp. 581-613).
