Introduction

This paper contains the introduction of the leadership and communication. The difference between leadership and management is also discussed in the paper. The leadership styles and how different kind of leaders responds in different situation. It also has the discussion on the leaders and the communication in the organization. Leadership is a procedure by which an individual impacts others to achieve a destination and regulates the conglomeration in a manner that makes it more cohesive and coherent. Leadership is a technique whereby a unique impacts an aggregation of people to realize a normal goal of the organization. One should know that there is difference in the leadership and in the leaders, however feasibly mix up. The leader is an individual who demonstrate the traits of the leadership, whereas leadership is the capacity or the traits (Bliese & Schriesheim, 2002).

Leadership traits

Different leaders possess different traits and it should be understand that which traits make a successful leader. The most seasoned hypotheses endeavor to recognize the regular attributes or aptitudes that make an adequate leader. Current theorists and speculations fixate on movements of leaders as opposed to attributes.

Various characteristics that seem normally in leaders incorporate desire, vigor, and the yearning to lead, fearlessness, and discernment.
