Introduction

The effectiveness of leadership depends largely on the person who is responsible for the performance of the team to create an environment which encourages team members to actively engage in the achievement of common goals. This problem has long been of interest to management theory and practice, which is reflected in the various concepts, approaches or models of leadership in the organization, described extensively in the literature. Although it would be difficult to speak today about the existence of a general and comprehensive theory of leadership, because of its various shots typically highlight certain aspects and give them a special significance. However, there is no doubt of great importance of leadership as a key to the success of the organization. State of the art technical equipment, the best financial resources and highly qualified personnel count because only when effective leadership creates the conditions for use of this potential. It should be noted that effective leadership can achieve success with even minimal financial resources, material and human of the organization (Edwards & Turnbull, 2013, pp. 46-60).

Leadership also plays a vital role in human resource management of the organization. A strong leadership always portrays a clear vision and motivation level of the employees. Leadership is important for the role of human resources in ensuring that the organization has the right people to perform the right function and in adequate quantity (Carroll & Levy, 2010, pp. 211-231). In order to change the role in an organization, the HR people need to work both with the HR group and at the individual level. The leadership role is assigned by the HR and they believe in individual and group leadership plays a major role in managing the organization (Karen, 2012, pp. 1). The human resource leadership is defined as the managers taking leadership role within the organization. The role of HR leadership is to develop business strategies and identify organizational capabilities within the employees. Leaders usually develop leadership programs for the employees and identify the beat potential employee's within the productivity. They polish the employee and improve the productivity with the organization (Walker, 1999, pp. 1).

As far as the leadership development of Medtronic is concern, the development of leadership is a part of their work. With a view to the sustainable development of their employees Medtronic promotes its employees and give rewards on their achievements. According to them a fully developed leader is a person who went through different experiences (George, 2012, pp. 32-37). Moreover, qualifications can be earned in local society. Any form of improvement of social skills outside working hours, consistent with the values of the company is supported by the available resources. Employees can use the resources of the organization and professional support in the implementation of their own ideas.
