Introduction

Leadership is defined as the process in which an individual influences other members in order to achieve and accomplish organizational goals and objectives. Leadership also directs the business organization in order to make it more cohesive and coherent. In short, it can be defined as the process where team members work together to achieve common goals. Adequate and effective leaders carry out the process by applying and incorporating leadership skills and their abilities. Leadership doesn't end with the process, but it helps in bringing out the best of people to achieve strategic goals. Leadership helps in inspiring people and motivating them to enhance their energies, skills and their abilities to deliver the business organization vision and mission. It can be concluded that leadership affects and influences the behavior and attitudes of other people working in the organization.

Leadership is connected to employees in the organization as it also creates a clear vision for the future. Leaders with the helped of appropriate leadership communicate the strategy and direction which has to be adopted by the employees so that they can support the leaders in order to achieve it. Importance of leadership

In any particular field any team or group of members needs an effective leader to pull through and achieve all the desirable outcomes. Organizations and their management needs effective leaders otherwise all the work hard and efforts will be wasted and the organization will be unable to achieve their goals and objectives. The leader should have the right skills and knowledge and should be able to achieve their goals with complete zest. Leaders must have a strong and huge heart so that they face all the internal and external pressures

The personal qualities and abilities attract the other employees of the organization to accept their leadership so that they can direct and motivate them to achieve strategic goals. The leaders in organization at different levels wield influence and power. Through the process if leadership, many leaders gain cooperation from other employees and motivate them so that they can perform well and contribute to the success of the organization. As we are aware that leadership is a kind of power and it is usually a power that exists between a leader and its followers and helps in establishing a strong relationship. Therefore, it can be stated that leaders work together to bring out the best in their employees so that they can also become effective leaders (Brownwell, 2006)
